We could say that the building, where the hotel is situated nowadays, represents a big part of city’s history, as it was build right in the beginning of the 16th century. The building was not always a hotel – until 1629 it was a city palace and later on even a guest house with a post office. Ever since 1850, the building is a hotel. In fact, its hotel management tradition is going to celebrate its 165th anniversary next year (2015) – amazing achievement for sure!
